Keep Calm and Use Your Smart Device

Over the last few years we’ve been constantly reminded of how important the role of mobile technology plays in the business world every day life. Most of us can say that our smart devices have become integral parts of our day to day, providing us productivity at the swipe of an icon.

For our event planner friends, we all know how important it is to keep organized before, during and after an event. Sure, you’ve been practicing your penmanship (though there has been some debate as to whether or not that’s a dated way to write these days!), and your “R” is on point, but toting around paperwork can add to the mayhem. So why not eliminate the clutter?

As organized as your list might be, there are always edits and changes to be made. It’s nice to be able to keep your team engaged and up-to-speed, without having to (literally!) run back and forth to make sure that every little detail is communicated.
