More options equals more money, therefore budgets and sticking to budgets become that much more difficult. Take internet and technology, for example; they are supposed to make our lives easier! For instance, many venues will charge for power and internet; if you promised to provide internet for all your attendees, thats a separate cost for having a hard wire setup for the computers at the registration desk.
