Once an event organizer collects attendees’ answers during registration – such as address, city, or a specific custom question – they can choose to display or hide that custom question on the app. Any customized questions can be displayed on the app to give the exhibitor more information.

Tip: The organizer makes and sets changes for the Lead Retrieval app via the Boomset web platform. Once logged into your Boomset account, go to “Registration Form” section on the dashboard. Pick and choose what to show/not show on the app.

EASILY ADD & MANAGE LICENSE USERS:
Now event organizers are in control of adding users to specific events. In the past, attendees would buy a Boomset Lead Retrieval license from the app store itself OR be given a passcode from the event organizer who pays for the license. For example, if an event organizer wants to include the option for lead retrieval to a certain number of sponsors, or grant access only to specific exhibitors, they can add individual users to an event themselves.
If the user(s) is already on the guest list, they’ll automatically be added. If not, they’ll be added with a temporary account that the organizer creates on their behalf. That way, when said added user downloads the Boomset Lead Retrieval app, they’ll use the email and password the organizer has already assigned them and have access to the event automatically. Know in an instant when two people from the same company are signed up for lead retrieval (when they can actually share their license) or if someone hasn’t paid for a license yet has access (via passed/shared passcode).
When deciding how your exhibitors are going to get connected, Boomset’s Lead Retrieval provides a variety of options. As outlined above, the event organizer can invite the user directly, and other options include:
- Purchasing the licenses for exhibitors and providing them with a passcode.
- Allowing users to purchase a license from Boomset.
- A combination of both passcode and purchase availability.
Tip: Event planners occasionally like to provide everything for their sponsors and exhibitors, and now there’s a web platform that can easily manage these users. The overall benefit is the ease at which the organizer can add individual people to a license from the organizer’s account on Boomset.com.

TAKE CHARGE OF SENDING LEADS:
This is a new option where an event organizer individually send leads to each user OR can download the leads of a specific user. For example, if the event organizer has given 3 or 4 platinum sponsors lead retrieval as a complimentary service, they can send them their reports right from the Boomset web platform.
Tip: Go to the “Manage Users” tab under the Lead Retrieval section on the dashboard of the event on your account in Boomset.com. Click to download or send leads depending on the user.

INTUITIVE & SECURE ON-SITE FUNCTIONALITY:
Event organizers are now able to associate a passcode and price tag to a lead retrieval license. This is particularly useful for organizers who have confirmed and purchased this service before an event and want to extend this option to buy on-site for individual purchasing It’s inefficient to pre-print and organize badges before an event, and you aren’t expected to estimate or predetermine a set number of lead retrieval licenses.
Tip: Set both options on the Boomset web platform so when the Lead Retrieval app is clicked, users can buy now or enter in a passcode (previously paid for and set by the event organizer).
