FEATURED EVENT DETAIL: DATA REPORTING

It’s not a trend, it most certainly won’t just remain a feature on this blog, data is HUGE in 2016. From keeping New Year resolutions by tracking and collecting your daily activity/sleeping patterns, data is here to stay – and it’s also driving the future of events. Attendee tracking, lead retrieval tools, and extra details like signature and photo collections at check-in are just a handful of examples that people are using to share information and develop future business.

The data of today will help every department (marketing, HR, development, etc.) better prepare for the next event(s). It’s optimizing the experience at events and improving event performance thanks to real-time and post-event data reporting event apps.

“Safety at events (will also be trending). Security is huge and making sure you are working with a team who has safety as a priority is important. (And when it comes to event planning tips…) Start planning NOW! Don’t plan more than 3 months out. Take your 3 month (quarterly) goals and break them into monthly, weekly, and daily goals.”
